On May 29, China Jushi successfully held the 2026 GM-Employee Dialogue. General Manager Yang Guoming met face to face with 33 employees from various production and operation departments. Heads of some departments also attended the meeting. Prior to the Dialogue, 36 proposals were collected from these employees, covering such topics as AI empowerment, process optimization, quality improvement, and talent management.

At the meeting, employee representatives spoke in turn, drawing on their job roles and speaking candidly. They offered practical improvement suggestions from different business perspectives and laid out the bottlenecks and difficulties they had observed at work.

General Manager Yang thanked the employees for contributing ideas to the company. He listened carefully to each proposal and commented on them one by one. He accepted feasible suggestions on the spot and, for matters requiring cross-departmental coordination, identified the lead departments and direction of progress, calling for solutions to be developed as soon as possible.
